This is a rare opportunity to join a Corporate team that is not only successful but also growing with purpose and energy. You’ll work closely with Partners on major deals, while also having the autonomy to lead transactions and support junior colleagues. Ideal candidates will have 6–10 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A, with a strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development. The Corporate team, led by James Bullock, now comprises 4 partners, 1 senior associate and 3 solicitors. We’re proud of our journey and excited about what’s ahead, so we’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and drive.
